Harrison's Sports Store offers the following Policies:
Condition of Merchandise We sell only new, factory-sealed items. Occasionally we may offer opened or bad-box items at reduced prices, but you will always be informed if the item you are interested in is not new.
Firearms We do not sell firearms on-line. Federal law prohibits the shipment of firearms to consumers. You can, however, purchase ammunition, black powder, and many other gun supplies and accessories. Or you can come to our retail store and purchase firearms abiding all Federal and state laws.
Items Damaged in Shipping If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival do not accept the shipment. If after you open your shipment you find that you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please e-mail within 5 days of receipt of package for a Return Authorization Number.
Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items You will be informed via email if we are out of an item. We don't back-order anything unless you specifically tell us to with an email. Your credit card will not be charged unless the item ships.
Product Warranties All warranties, stated or implied, are held with the product manufacturer and they vary from item to item. Consult the documentation that came with your purchase for details.
Purchase Orders and C.O.D. Shipping We do not accept Purchase Orders or ship C.O.D.
Returns We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from our Online Store. If you need to return your order give us a call or send us an e-mail with the product information, date of purchase, and the reason you are returning it and we'll make immediate arrangements to issue you a store credit or refund. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned. On most new equipment (unless otherwise noted), items may be returned for a full refund (minus freight charges) within 10 days of date of delivery, provided the items are returned to us freight pre-paid.
Sales Tax Federal law doesn't require us to collect tax for items shipped across state lines, but you may be required by your state to remit sales tax.

Shipping Rates Orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. should be received within five to seven business days. Please allow two-six weeks for backordered items. Backordered items will be shipped automatically unless we are notified otherwise. Shipping rates are determined on the value of your order. Some restrictions (and extra charges) apply to drop ship items and heavy or bulky items. International orders and those shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require additional charges. Overnight, Second Day, and Rush shipments are available on Internet orders and additional charges will apply.
Special orders It is our goal to satisfy all of your sporting goods needs even if the item you're looking for is not featured on our web site. In order to assist you in purchasing this merchandise, we will make every effort to obtain the merchandise you are looking for. To make this process as easy as possible for our customers we have divided products in to subcategories, which are listed below. Email us with all necessary information and requirements. Once this information is received, you can expect to be contacted within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) with availability and price. **Due to manufacturer’s requirements and/or restrictions, we may not be able to fill all requests.
Tracking your Shipment If you place an order online and your product is in stock, and provided there were no problems in verifying and processing your credit card information, you will receive your UPS or USPS Tracking Number via e-mail within 48 hours of placing your order. If you place your order late in the day (EST) on a Friday, on a Saturday or Sunday, this may take a little longer, but we send out tracking numbers for every order that ships. You can also call us to get updated information regarding your order.
